This week Nakasuk School, Iqaluit, accepted a donation of books from Neil Christopher of Inhabit Media. The books are new releases this year. “Siarailiit” is a historical fiction about the Vikings
and the Tuniit People written by Rachel and Sean Qitsualik. The second, “Surusiq Tautungittuq Qaqsaurlu” is a fictional story about the legend of a blind child and a loon. The author, Alethia
Arnaquq-Baril, wrote the story based on a previous movie version.
We thank Neil Christopher for the donation of books. They will be a welcome addition to our school library.
